It has a rich fruit aroma of peaches, apricots and ripe pears perfectly supplemented and freshened with the aroma of the new-mown hay and soft aroma of vanilla, which makes it warm and sweet. The wine has a juicy and velvety taste with light mineral notes supplemented with fresh and long aftertaste.
Serving: It combines very well with hard pressed cheeses, fish, poultry, pork or veal in thick cream sauce.
The general impression is that of the excellent wine which both quenches your thirst and acts as an appetizer; it is full and light at the same time.
